Plus, Haniye was a gem, always ready to assist. You can’t leave without indulging in the scrumptious Turkish baklava, it's the real deal!

A little hiccup, though—miscommunication about the Jacuzzi left us hanging for two days. It’d have been cool to get a birthday congrats on my special day from the hotel, just to sprinkle some extra joy!

I stayed in the Deluxe Hammam room for 4 nights. The location near Taksim Square is perfect for exploring the city. The staff really shine here, always friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Haniyeh and Halimeh for their fantastic service. Breakfast offered a wide variety and the fresh pastries were a highlight, but I wished for more local dishes. Overall, the hotel has a great atmosphere and the spacious rooms made my stay pleasant, but some amenities need improvement.

The room was spacious and luxurious with a comfy bed that made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was awesome too—big and well-designed. However, I did find some weird stuff with cleanliness. there was a chair with mud and a tissue with blood behind the door when we first checked in. It was a major bummer, especially for a birthday trip. They moved us to a new room, which was much better, but those first impressions stuck with me.

Super comfy room and the location is spot on—just a hop to Taksim! And yes, the staff were like little rays of sunshine. They made our stay delightful, not just tolerable!
